INTRODUCTION

CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation to the email address. Therefore it is important that you indicate your real email address when placing your order. Please save this email so you can contact customer service if you need to. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

PAY

You can make payments with credit or debit cards, Stripe and PayPal. BRUNADESIGNSTORE does not store credit card numbers.

CARD PAYMENT

Pay with Visa, American Express or MasterCard securely through Stripe, Conekta or PayPal online. Your card details are sent directly to the bank, so reading or accessing them by anyone other than the bank is impossible. BRUNADESIGNSTORE does not impose surcharges or additional costs when paying by card. PAY BY INVOICE

RATES

PLACE AN ORDER

BRUNADESIGNSTORE has the right to change prices and correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. WARRANTY

BRUNADESIGNSTORE has a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects for 12 months and customization defects for 1 month from the date of order. In the email you must specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the problem. Finally, write “Purchase Claim” as the subject of the email or letter. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If BRUNADESIGNSTORE does not find any defects, the product will be sent back to the customer.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
